Role Overview:

We're in search of an experienced Art Director and Visualizer to craft sophisticated creatives and designs for luxury and lifestyle brands. Seeking an individual with unconventional conceptualisation skills, hands-on expertise in brand identity development, and a successful track record in creating visually appealing offline and digital creative campaigns which are high on aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization -
    Develop innovative and impactful creative concepts for advertising, branding, product packaging, and marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Direction -
    Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables from ideation to production and delivery.
  • Team Management -
    Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Brand Development -
    Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across all creative assets.
  • Efficiency Management -
    Manage creative projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve creative goals within deadlines.
  • Quality Control -
    Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven working experience as an Art Director.
  • Hands-on experience with brand visual identity design, web design, packaging, campaign conceptual creatives etc.
  • Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud or other visual design/illustration/design/wire-framing tools or software.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and market-leading designs.
  • Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
