Job Role:

As a full-time Art Director, you'll be at the helm of our creative team, owning the visual language and creative direction of key brand campaigns. You'll be responsible for conceptual development, strategic design thinking, and leading the execution of integrated digital experiences. Your role will involve mentoring junior creatives, collaborating across departments, and working directly with clients to translate brand goals into visually impactful work.

This is an ideal role for seasoned art professionals who can blend creativity with leadership, and design with strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of visual strategy, creative ideation, and execution across all client campaigns.

  • Lead cross-functional creative initiatives in partnership with copywriters, strategists, digital marketers, and account teams.

  • Oversee design development for social, web, video, print, and motion graphics across diverse industries.

  • Ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and storytelling in every piece of communication.

  • Mentor and manage a team of visualizers, graphic designers, and junior art directors.

  • Present creative strategies and design thinking to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Align visual storytelling with performance marketing and business goals.

  • Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and digital best practices to ensure continuous creative innovation.

  • Participate in pitch decks and high-level client presentations.

  • Manage workload distribution, creative reviews, and timelines across multiple projects.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 8-12 years of experience in design and art direction, preferably in a digital-first agency setup.

  • Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Design, or a related discipline.

  • Strong portfolio reflecting strategic and visually compelling campaigns across verticals.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro. etc.) and Specially Generative AI.

  • Deep understanding of user-centric design, digital platforms, and content formats.

  • Experience in leading creative teams and managing large-scale campaigns.

  • Effective communicator with exceptional client presentation skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence.

  • Passion for innovation, storytelling, and creative leadership.
