Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to expand our customer base across Power Solutions / Datacenter, Critical Power, ICT, ELV and IBMS domains. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the sales team in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential customers in enterprise, IT/ITES, BFSI, colocation, manufacturing and government sectors.

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.

  • Sales Support & Client Engagement

  • Pitch PRASA's portfolio – Datacenter Solutions, UPS & Power Systems, Cooling, ELV, IBMS, O&M Services.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for solution designing.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

  • Business Growth & Market Intelligence

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer needs.
  • Identify new business verticals and partnership opportunities.

  • Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, OEMs and channel partners.

  • Follow up on payments, documentation, and project execution coordination.
  • Ensure superior customer experience from lead to closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Engineering/BBA/MBA preferred.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales/BD in Datacenter, ICT, UPS/Power, ELV, IBMS or related industry (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven.
