Social Media Manager

We are searching for a social media manager to represent V Art Services Pvt LTD company.

The social media manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high quality original content. You should also engage influencers, manage our community by responding and oversee our customer service across all platforms.

You should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience, Ultimately, a top-notch social media manager should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.
  • Formulating high quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate

Engagement.

  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
  • Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices
  • Storytelling Skills
  • Content marketing, strong writing, and storytelling abilities are crucial.
  • Strong Visual Aesthetic
  • A good eye for design and the ability to conceptualize and support in creating eye- catching content are a must. Advanced graphics design and Photoshop skills, knowledge in high quality and good content for kids and helps social media strategists create compelling posts.
  • Understanding SEO
  • Understanding and Integrating search engine optimization (SEO) with social media to drive organic traffic is a key to conversion. For example, adding interface and external inbound links can boost ranks in the search engine charts. Each piece of content must be segmented, searchable and shareable based on the target audience. Beyond employing keywords, optimize every post to solve the searcher's query.
  • Utilizing Social Media Ads
  • Need to have experience with paid social advertising and to understand how ads can scale organic social media efforts. It is vital for strategists to know which platform is best for the company to run the ads. For best practices, when the target market aligns with the user demographics of a social platform, social advertising can provide huge increases in conversions and sales with a lower cost of acquisition. The ability to determine what type of ads will work best according to the budget and campaign objectives is also crucial.
  • Time-management Skills
  • Having daily and weekly to-do lists and creating a social media calendar ahead of time will help to stay organized. Getting familiar with social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite will also save the day.

Pay: ₹10, ₹36,158.33 per month
