We are looking for an experienced
Paid Media Manager
to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube & Other. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PPC, social media advertising, and video ad strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing performance-driven campaigns to maximize ROI.

Responsibilities:


• Manage Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, Display & Native Advertising, Programmatic Ads etc.


• Develop and implement comprehensive paid digital marketing plans in line with brand's marketing programme and business priorities.


• Manage and create the Performance Marketing Budget and ensure that User Acquisition and Retention performance reach the business objectives


• Leverage data insights to identify root causes & build solutions


• Develop new ideas to improve and support branding department initiatives.


• Maintain, monitor & optimize all ad platforms for lower cost of customer acquisition.


• Coordinate with internal team for creative & content requirements.


• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns for spends, visits and daily budget.


• Find opportunities for optimization through A/B tests.


• Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices.


• A proven track record of running ads with spends of minimum 5 lakhs to 50 lacs per month or more on a single brand whether inhouse or as a part of the agency

Requirements:


• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.


• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for conversions and ROI.


• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.


• Strong understanding of video ad formats, creative, and engagement strategies.


• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting.


• Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools like Data Studio.


• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Google Sheets.


• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
