Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Strategist to manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytical, performance-focused, and eager to drive measurable growth through smart digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

  2. Set up and manage tracking systems including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Pixel integration, and Search Console.

  3. Integrate campaigns with automation tools like Zapier, Pebbly, and Tagger for efficiency and influencer/paid media management.

  4. Strategize end-to-end digital funnels — from audience targeting and ad copy to landing page optimization.

  5. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

  6. Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI across channels.

  7. Collaborate closely with creative, content, and brand teams for seamless execution.

  8. Prepare and present campaign reports, dashboards, and insights using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Requirements

  1. 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing digital media campaigns.

  2. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Pixel setup, and Tagger.

  3. Working knowledge of Zapier/Pebbly or similar marketing automation tools.

  4. Excellent analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.

  5. Strong understanding of audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and funnel strategy.

  6. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
