Role Description

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic
Business Development Manager
with a passion for digital marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research & Prospecting:
    Identify and prioritize potential clients for outreach.
  • Decision-Maker Identification:
    Find key stakeholders who make purchase decisions.
  • ICP Alignment:
    Ensure leads match the company's ideal customer profile.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Gather insights on competitors and industry trends.
  • Pain Point Mapping:
    Understand client challenges to offer tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management:
    Track and organize leads to manage sales progress.
  • Communication Tracking:
    Record interactions for effective follow-ups and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in business development, sales, or client acquisition in a
    digital marketing agency
    or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and client expectations.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Apollo, Sales navigator etc.
  • Prior experience dealing with international clients.
  • Experience in LinkedIn outreach or email-based lead generation.
