Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete account management across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.) ensuring high operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Manage and optimize product listings by updating content, pricing, imagery, and SKU availability in line with platform standards.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns and in-app advertising initiatives to achieve sales targets and maximize return on investment.
  • Monitor sales, stock levels, customer feedback, and promotional performance to proactively identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
  • Generate and analyse reports on platform performance, campaign effectiveness, and consumer behaviour to support informed decision-making.
  • Liaise with category teams and platform account managers to build strong partnerships and secure growth opportunities such as promotions and exclusive launches.

Keep abreast of evolving quick commerce business models, competitive trends, and platform algorithms to recommend strategic improvements

Job Type: Full-time
