About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic
Regional Head – Customer Excellence
to lead client engagement and operational excellence across our regional network. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with strong business acumen, leadership capability, and a passion for driving strategic growth and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients — driving strategic partnerships and integration opportunities.
- Enhance client satisfaction through proactive, value-driven engagement.
- Drive performance improvements and innovative operational strategies across onsite health clinics.
- Lead multi-line service operations, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple client sites.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to site-level teams.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Medical, Legal, Compliance) to ensure regulatory and quality standards.
- Participate in client onboarding processes, handling escalations with professionalism.
- Manage strategic meetings, projects, and initiatives to align with organizational goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 12–15 years of experience in healthcare operations or client-facing roles, ideally within employer-direct healthcare.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and strategic account leadership.
- Strong understanding of staffing, ROI, budgeting, and capacity planning.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage complex multi-site operations and lead teams across geographies.
