Looking for experienced telesales professionals from any industry who possess excellent communication skills and are open to transitioning into a Telesales/Inside Sales Executive role with OBOX HR Services.
Details:
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Open Positions: 3
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 3rd Saturday off)
Timings: 10 AM 7 PM or 11 AM 8 PM
OBOX HR Services is seeking motivated Telesales/Inside Sales Executives with prior telesales experience from any industry. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and an eagerness to grow their career in sales for HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls to understand and promote HR service offerings .
- Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads for HR solutions .
- Present, promote, and explain OBOX HR Services to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner .
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and manage the entire sales conversion cycle .
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales closures as set by the team lead .
- Accurately document all interactions and sales activity within the CRMRole & responsibilities
