Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Female) to lead our B2B sales efforts by approaching hotels, resorts, and hospitality chains to introduce and sell our amenity kits. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for skincare and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential hotel clients in the Delhi NCR region (or assigned territory).
  • Pitch and present Lion & Lioness amenity kits to hotel purchase managers, GMs, or F&B heads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and bulk orders.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for product samples, quotations, and order follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of client meetings, feedback, and sales progress.
  • Represent the brand professionally during visits, exhibitions, or industry events.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B or hotel sales (hospitality/FMCG/skincare background preferred).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident personality with strong persuasion skills.
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits.
  • Basic knowledge of skincare or cosmetic products is a plus.
