We are expanding our global presence and looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our growth team.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying B2B leads, engaging with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through digital outreach, email marketing, and LinkedIn-based lead generation. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of potential clients across industries.
- Conduct outreach to CXOs, Founders, and Marketing Heads to pitch TaskVox AI products.
- Schedule demos, follow up on leads, and assist in closing deals with the sales team.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve outreach strategies and sales collateral.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B business development or lead generation.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach and prospecting.
- Hands-on experience in email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency mandatory).
- Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, or technology-driven B2B solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in working with AI / SaaS / IT / Automation companies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho CRM.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
