Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager with proven experience in the Building Materials, Construction, or Real Estate sector. The role is based in Dehradun and covers the Haridwar & Rishikesh territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and identifying new opportunities in both private and government projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers.
- Establish, expand, and manage a strong dealer/distributor network across assigned territories.
- Identify and pursue private and government infrastructure project opportunities.
- Conduct detailed territory mapping and assess market potential by product segment and application.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain and nurture long-term client and channel partner relationships.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and performance reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate.
- Strong network of Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors.
- Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and key account management.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and independent in approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh.
