Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Dehradun. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the performance of sales teams, building relationships with customers, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
