Area Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Manage sales performance of assigned area (Dehradun) by achieving monthly targets through distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to increase market share.
- Conduct regular visits to stores to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-6 years of experience in FMCG Sales or related field with a focus on Area Sales Management.
- Strong understanding of distributor handling, team handling, and territory management principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
