Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sourcing Manager to drive business growth by developing and managing relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will be skilled in partner onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking while ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners for residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with CPs to drive consistent business.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners, ensuring mutual growth.
  • Monitor CP performance, track walk-ins, and ensure compliance with tagging and payout processes.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Follow up on CP billing and ensure accurate and timely payouts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai real estate market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, WhatsApp blast software, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and open to frequent local travel.
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales sourcing.
