About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to generate and qualify leads.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 03 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
