About the Role:
Were looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team in Gurgaon. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are eager to start or advance their career in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development while working in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to generate and qualify leads.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable product or service solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 03 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and online communication platforms.
