About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Representative
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Present product/service offerings to prospects and identify customer needs.
- Follow up on inquiries, provide relevant information, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaigns and strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeated business.
- Provide feedback from the market to improve products and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
