Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound sales for our ISP services and networking product line. The role involves lead qualification, customer engagement, proposal generation, and supporting the field sales team to achieve overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Prospecting

  • Handle inbound leads generated through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in SME, corporate, and channel segments.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives/Managers.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity details.

2. Sales Coordination

  • Assist field sales teams with quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for feasibility checks and order processing.
  • Follow up on open quotations, payments, and renewals.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ISP plans or networking products.
  • Provide product details, pricing, and basic technical clarifications over phone or email.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain daily/weekly sales reports, lead conversion status, and funnel tracking.
  • Support marketing team with campaign feedback and lead quality insights.
  • Contribute ideas for improving tele-sales scripts and conversion efficiency.
