Your Charter: To Redefine Market Leadership
As the strategic helm of our national sales, you will:
- Craft the Growth Blueprint: Develop and execute high-impact, national Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to aggressively expand Sunpure's volume, footprint, and market share.
- Master the Omni-Channel Landscape: Drive business development and operational excellence across the full spectrum: General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and HORECA.
- Build a Legacy of Talent: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, accountable national sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous achievement.
- Own the Business Outcome: Act as the ultimate owner of the sales P&L, ensuring profitable growth, optimizing budgets, and delivering sustainable returns on investment.
