As we expand our presence and plan new developments, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Head to lead our team and drive growth.

Role Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for leading the entire sales and marketing division, developing business strategies, achieving sales targets, and enhancing brand visibility. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and design effective campaigns to attract customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and investors.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, promotional activities, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide decision-making.
  • Ensure effective lead management, CRM utilization, and post-sales service.
  • Collaborate with project, finance, and management teams for end-to-end coordination.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, customer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
