Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Bihar, India. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and building strong business relationships to drive client relations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills
  • Strong Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Experience in financial services or related industry is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
