Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Bihar, India. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, facilitating sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the finance team and handling finance-related tasks as needed. The officer will also be responsible for providing timely communication to both customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Experience in Sales and Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Bihar, India
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the paint industry is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer relationship management
