Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the Delhi region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, management, and business development, with a proven track record of success in sales, preferably in technology or industrial products. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage key accounts while driving revenue growth through strategic territory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company goals within the Delhi territory.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing leadership and support to enhance sales performance.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities and lead generation activities in Delhi and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through proactive account management and direct sales efforts.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the unique value of our gas detector products.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align sales strategies and increase brand visibility within the region.
  • Engage in cold calling, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue from existing and new accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities specific to the Delhi market to inform strategic decisions.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B sales, preferably in technology, industrial, or safety equipment sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management, including territory and account management.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and negotiating contracts effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the Delhi market and established relationships within the region will be an advantage.
