Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. They will develop and present proposals, manage negotiations, and ensure the fulfillment of client requirements. The role requires regular client visits and the ability to work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, meeting customer and company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and meet sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Knowledge in the industrial gases or analytical instrumentation sector is a plus
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Flexibility to travel for client visits as required
