Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, fostering relationships, understanding clients' logistics needs, and presenting tailored shipping solutions. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing client portfolios, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, a results-driven approach, and a strong focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and Ground Transportation
  • Proficiency in the use of CRM software and other digital sales tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the logistics or shipping industry is an advantage
