Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Cloud technical teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery, project execution, and client support.
  • Conduct technical product trainings for internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support presales, solution designing, and proposal preparation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT Infra, Cloud, and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Plan and execute IT strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and on-site visits when required.
  • Ensure delivery quality, timely resolutions, and a customer-first approach.
  • Maintain documentation, project reports, SLAs, and compliance standards.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and continuously enhance the service portfolio.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong expertise in IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networks, Storage, Virtualization).
  • Deep knowledge of Cyber Security solutions (Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, SIEM,

MDM, Email Security).

  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365).
  • Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.
  • Strong communication, customer handling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct technical trainings and product enablement sessions.
  • Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills.
  • Capability to work with sales teams for presales and client solutioning.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Industry certifications in Cloud, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure are an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹70,000.00 per month
