We're Hiring: E-Commerce Head
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / On-site)
Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in E-commerce strategy, growth, and operations

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall E-commerce strategy, operations, and revenue growth across multiple platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Develop and execute online marketing and sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and tech teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and market insights to drive performance.
• Build and manage a high-performing E-commerce team.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience (7+ years) managing large-scale E-commerce operations.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and online marketplaces.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing / Business / Operations preferred.
