Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Executive / Online Sales Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage and grow product sales on various e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.). The role involves product listing, account management, order handling, customer support, and ensuring smooth operations to maximize online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms.
Monitor product visibility, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Handle order processing, dispatch, and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.
Manage customer queries, complaints, and reviews in a professional manner.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular sales reports.
Implement promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns to increase sales.
Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid shortages.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
Identify new e-commerce opportunities and trends for business growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in e-commerce sales or online business management is an advantage.
Good knowledge of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP tools).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
