**Job Title**: Online Sales Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Execution**: Drive online sales across multiple digital platforms (e-commerce sites, social media, etc.) by managing listings, updating product information, and responding to customer inquiries.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote and upsell products by highlighting their features, benefits, and special offers to encourage sales and increase average order value.
- **Market Research**: Analyze online market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for sales improvement and product promotion.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track online sales performance, update CRM systems with client details, monitor KPIs, and report on sales goals and progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team to create engaging content, promotions, and campaigns that drive traffic and sales to online platforms.
- **Customer Retention**: Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage repeat purchases.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in online sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of online sales and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with e-commerce platforms, social media, and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (optional but beneficial).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
