Online Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and result-driven Sales Executive to handle both online and offline sales for our fashion brand. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales through e-commerce portals and direct client interactions, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between marketing and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Sales:
- Conduct telephonic and direct sales to clients, boutiques, and distributors.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with leads and ensure conversions.
- Build and retain long-term customer relationships.
Online Sales:
- Manage product listings and updates across all online platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, etc.).
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions and campaigns.
- Handle online customer inquiries, track orders, and ensure timely dispatches.
- Monitor online performance and prepare sales reports.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Maintain daily sales records (online + offline).
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
- Share feedback and ideas to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in fashion/apparel sales (online or offline).
- Familiarity with e-commerce portals and CRM tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Skills Required:
- Excellent sales and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and products.
- Strong multitasking and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
