Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across major Ad platforms Google Ads (Search, App, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Key responsibilities include conducting keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and effectively managing budgets and bids to drive maximum return on investment (ROI). This role also involves tracking campaign performance through analytics tools and CRM systems, generating insightful reports, and delivering recommendations for ongoing campaign optimizations & improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing app & web campaigns with spends of 5 Cr+/month on Google Ads & Meta platforms.
BFSI experience will be preferable but not mandatory
Technical Expertise: 4+ years of experience with Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager & other digital advertising tools.
Analytical Abilities: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics & apply insights to optimize campaigns.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Creativity: Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to drive growth through performance marketing strategies & optimizations.
