Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling STP water filter machines while driving brand visibility and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new markets, prospective clients, and investment opportunities.
- Generate leads and pursue new projects in industrial, residential, and commercial sectors requiring STP solutions, water treatment, inventory control.
- Responsible for overseeing daily operations including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales, spare parts sales, BBC (Billing, Booking, and Collections), handling breakdown calls, managing customer complaints, and leading the team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, government bodies, and EPC contractors.
- Prepare and deliver effective technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, property values, zoning regulations, and competitive activity.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and increase company revenue.
- Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and assist in closing property transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in business development or technical sales within the wastewater treatment or environmental services industry.
- Strong understanding of STP systems, waste water treatment, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience dealing with municipal and industrial wastewater projects.
- Network of contacts in the real estate, industrial, or infrastructure development sectors.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and government contracts.
- Strong knowledge of STP, water treatment systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
