Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager with 12+ years of sales experience and 5+ years of proven leadership managing high-performing sales teams of 25–30 members. The ideal candidate will drive business growth across UAE and GCC countries, developing market strategies, expanding client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team of 25–30 members to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and business development plans for UAE & GCC markets.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts across the region.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance appraisals to enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE & GCC sales regulations, pricing structures, and business standards.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management on market status, sales performance, and growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of total sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Proven ability to manage large sales teams (25–30 members) and deliver consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC markets, including customer behavior and business culture.
  • Exceptional negotiation, deal-closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve ambitious targets in a competitive market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in [specific industry – e.g., IT solutions, FMCG, Real Estate, Retail, B2B/B2C] sales across GCC countries.
  • Exposure to cross-cultural team management and international client engagement.
