Drive sales and business development across assigned corporate hospitals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities within the corporate hospital ecosystem.
Lead, mentor, and support the hospital sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Execute strategies to maximize product penetration and market share.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships in line with company policies.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights for strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all business activities.
