Executive Assistant

RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Assist executives with daily tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication Management: Draft and manage correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering materials, creating agendas, and taking detailed minutes.
- Document Preparation: Create, edit, and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Project Assistance: Support special projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- A demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong sense of discretion and integrity when working with confidential information.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A problem-solving mindset and resilience under pressure.
