About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Manager – Data Centre to lead our data centre solutions portfolio. The candidate will play a key role in driving product strategy, managing OEM partnerships, supporting sales enablement, and ensuring our offerings meet evolving enterprise IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Data Centre product line (Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, Power & Cooling, and related solutions).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to design product strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with leading OEMs (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco, VMware, Nutanix, etc.).
  • Lead solution positioning and pre-sales support for bids, RFPs, and client presentations.
  • Train and enable the sales team with technical knowledge, product updates, and sales kits.
  • Oversee product lifecycle management – from introduction to end-of-life.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create product campaigns, collaterals, case studies, and digital content.
  • Forecast demand, monitor product performance, and optimize portfolio profitability.
  • Stay up to date with emerging data centre technologies (Cloud, HCI, Virtualization, Edge Computing) and recommend innovations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in IT/Engineering/Business (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, pre-sales, or business development in Data Centre/IT Infrastructure solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and related technologies.
  • Proven track record in managing OEM/vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and solution-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
  • Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Preferred:

  • Work Experience with an IT System Integrator shall be an added advantage
