Role Overview

As a Data Centre Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design,

development, and management of large-scale data center infrastructures for clients, ensuring

optimal performance, scalability, and reliability. This role involves coordinating and

delivering complex data center projects, including cloud integration, disaster recovery, and

business continuity solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement data

center automation, manage infrastructure, and drive virtualization technologies to support our

clients' growing needs in the digital transformation era.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of both physical and virtualized data center

environments, ensuring they meet client-specific requirements for performance,

redundancy, and security.
- Integrate cloud services into client infrastructure, providing hybrid or fully cloud
- based solutions while maintaining high availability and business continuity.
- Develop and implement DR and BCP strategies to ensure seamless operations during

adverse situations.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware,

Hyper-V) to maximize resource utilization and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive data center automation initiatives to streamline operations, increase efficiency,

and reduce manual interventions through tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Manage large-scale projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely

delivery, cost control, and adherence to client specifications and quality standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, pre-sales, operations) and key stakeholders

to ensure the successful delivery of data center solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and technology partners to source and integrate best-in-class

infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in data center technologies, cloud solutions, and

disaster recovery to recommend continuous improvements and innovations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in data center design, implementation, and

management, with proven expertise in delivering large-scale projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and data

protection solutions
- Familiarity with data center automation tools and scripting languages

(Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, etc.)
- Project Management: Hands-on experience managing multiple projects

simultaneously, with a focus on quality, cost control, and meeting timelines.
- Analytical & Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and

implement effective solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to interact with

technical teams, clients, and stakeholders at all levels.

Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect,

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect), ITIL, or other relevant industry

certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a

related field.
- Previous experience in leading teams, managing clients, and handling large-scale

infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
