Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Sales &

Revenue Operations Analyst. This role requires strong skills in MS Excel and the ability to deliver

accurate reports, dashboards, and insights that support sales and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and publish weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards
  • Manage and ensure accuracy of CRM data
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from sales and other business teams
  • Provide data insights, analysis, and trends for decision-making
  • Support with presentations and documentation in Word & PowerPoint

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (B.Com / Statistics preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High learning ability, with interest in tools like Power BI, AI tools, IT services knowledge
  • Flexible to work extended hours when required
  • Work from Office role (Pune)
