Lead /Account Manager (IT Domestic Staffing)

Looking for an Account Manager/ TA Manager who can join immediately and is willing to work from office at Madhapur, Hyderabad. Someone who has worked for IT product and Service companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identifying and engaging with potential candidates to meet client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Recruitment Management: Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Business Development: Identifying and growing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing reports on key account metrics and forecasting growth.
- Client Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Management: Manage a team of recruiters and be accountable for their targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building rapport with clients and candidates.
- Organizational Skills: To manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: For creating reports, managing data, and collaborating with teams.
- Understanding of Staffing and Recruitment Processes: Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: To close deals and negotiate terms with clients and candidates.
- Analytical Skills: To analyze client needs, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in Staffing or Recruitment: Preferred, particularly in Domestic IT Staffing.
