Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with potential students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain course offerings and benefits.
- Understand students' needs, interests, and career goals to recommend the most suitable Vedic and spiritual science courses.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students, addressing their queries and providing clear course guidance.
- Convince and convert leads into enrollments by highlighting IIVS's key strengths and unique learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and academic teams for a smooth post-enrollment experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets, contributing to overall business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales, mandatory in the EdTech / education industry (B2C preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at creating trust and long-term connections with students.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Excel / Google Sheets.
