Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the user database efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads and client queries across all social media and communication platforms.
  • Conduct call outreach to leads as per their stage in the sales pipeline.
  • Execute and monitor Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.
  • Join and engage in Facebook groups and other online forums to address immigration-related queries and subtly promote company services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure trust and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on lead generation, marketing, and conversion strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead conversion performance and suggest improvement strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive approach with good persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing or CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
