Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales with 10–15 years of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both sourcing and closing customers, managing and expanding the channel partner network, and contributing to the overall sales targets. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Closure:

  • Identify and source potential clients through various channels.

  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to booking.

  • Channel Partner Management:

  • Manage relationships with existing channel partners to drive consistent business.

  • Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners.
  • Conduct regular training and engagement programs for channel partners.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales plans and targets.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and follow-up.

  • Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Share market feedback and insights to improve product offerings and services.

Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry.
  • Strong track record in both sourcing and closing real estate deals.
  • Experience in channel partner management is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
