Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event & Hotel - (Corporate) Assistant Sales / Sales Manager located in Pune. The Assistant Sales / Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating event planning and marketing, as well as overseeing sales activities. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams to meet and exceed sales targets and event success metrics.
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proven Event Planning and Event Marketing experience
- Strong Sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
