Executive Assistant to Director

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to director, managing schedules, communications, and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of executive activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and documents.
Operational and Strategic Support
Assist in planning and coordinating key projects, events, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or briefings for decision-making.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups for ongoing projects.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
Confidentiality and Professionalism
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Maintain professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
Office and Team Coordination
Support office operations and logistics as needed.
Help onboard new team members and facilitate internal communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (in Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
