Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate (Inshop Promoters) located in Chennai. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, provide detailed information on our products, and drive sales at the retail level. Day-to-day tasks include demonstrating product functionality, answering customer queries, and ensuring a great in-store experience. The Sales Associate will also manage stock levels, maintain the display area, and collect customer feedback to enhance the shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for direct customer engagement
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles
  • Basic understanding of healthcare products, especially water and air purification systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a retail environment and manage stock levels
  • Proactive and positive attitude towards achieving sales targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is a plus
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous
