Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in Chennai. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The associate will also be involved in conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.

  • Market Research and Presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
  • Prior experience in sales is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
