We're looking for a
motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate / Engineer
to join our growing team in Chennai. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our engineering team — helping to create solutions that meet both technical needs and design visions.

You'll:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and architects
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities in both residential and commercial spaces
  • Conduct client consultations and prepare tailored sales proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly sales process
  • Work closely with our engineering team to deliver customized elevator solutions
  • Support installation and maintenance teams to ensure top-notch performance and customer satisfaction

What You'll Bring

  • A basic understanding of
    sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to present proposals
    and handle
    contract negotiations
    with confidence
  • Solid
    problem-solving
    and
    analytical skills
  • A Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • (Bonus) Experience in the
    elevator or vertical transportation industry
