Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Chennai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for interacting with customers to understand their needs, promoting and selling motorcycles and related accessories, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, assisting customers with financing options, and maintaining accurate sales records. Providing excellent customer service and staying updated on product knowledge and market trends are crucial aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation abilities
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools
  • Knowledge of motorcycles, the automotive industry, and market trends is a plus
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and eager to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to work well in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Chennai
  • Prior experience in a sales role or relevant education in business or marketing is preferred
