We are hiring a
Trainee Sales Associate
in Chennai to be the foundation of our South India sales operations. This entry-level role is designed for ambitious individuals ready to learn B2B healthcare sales and grow rapidly within the health tech space.

Day in the Life

As a Trainee Sales Associate, you'll spend your day:

• Market Mapping:
  Researching and identifying potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and therapy centers, in the Chennai and South India region.
• Lead Generation:
  Conducting initial outreach (cold calls, emails) to qualify prospects and introduce Wundrsight Health's innovative solutions.
• Scheduling:
  Setting up introductory meetings and product demos for the senior sales team.
• Sales Support:
  Assisting senior associates by preparing presentation materials, compiling market feedback, and managing sales documents.
• Database Management:
  Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of all prospects and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Learning:
  Shadowing senior team members during client meetings and product demonstrations to quickly master the sales cycle.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the vital first point of contact, generating and qualifying leads that fuel the sales pipeline.
• Support the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract drafting under the guidance of a mentor.
• Work closely with the clinical team to understand the technical aspects of our VR therapy platform (e.g., ReviveXR, BoostXR).
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the mental healthcare landscape and institutional decision-making processes.
• Contribute proactively to weekly sales targets and reporting metrics.

What We're Looking For

• Mandatory:
  A Bachelor's degree in
  Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, MedTech, Business, Marketing
  , or a related field.
• A strong, demonstrable passion for healthcare technology and improving mental health access.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone and email presence.
• A 'Hunter' mindset: Eager to learn, highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold outreach.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel locally within Chennai for client support and to shadow senior team members.

Fast-Track Career Path

• Promotion to
  Sales Executive
  within 12 months based on lead generation quality and performance metrics.
